How does Cultural Care au pair work?
An au pair lives with an American host family for a year and cares for their children. In exchange, they receive free room and board, a weekly stipend, and opportunities to travel and study in the USA.

- Doing the parents’ laundry, or being solely responsible for household trash and dishes;

How do you become a host family and Cultural Care?
All participating host families must be:
- Committed to cultural exchange and willing to welcome a young person from abroad into their home as a family member.
- Both parents must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.
- The parent(s) or guardian(s) of children requiring up to 45 hours per week of childcare.
Can au pairs do overnight care?
