If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.

Does your Webkinz account expire?

If you’ve left your account inactive for more than a year and don’t log in by September 30th, your pet will be deleted forever. If you know someone who still has an archived Webkinz account, they have until the end of September to get it restored before it is permanently deleted!

How do I recover my Webkinz account?

If your child has forgotten their username or password, you can go to the Webkinz World homepage and click on the “Forgot Login” button. If you’re already provided a Parent’s Email for their account you can choose this option to recover their login information.

Can you reuse Webkinz codes?

You will be unable to re-enter the Feature Codes in your new account. However, you will be able to readopt the Webkinz Pets using your existing Adoption Codes. This way all your Webkinz Pets can be merged onto the same account.
