How to do cup stacking?

Arrange the cups in three piles. From left to right,the piles should have three cups,then six cups,then another pile of three cups.

  • Build the first pyramid by taking one of the piles of three cups.
  • Build the second pyramid. It must contain six cups. Start by picking up three cups in one hand,and three cups in the other hand.
  • Reach the final pile. This must be arranged into another pyramid containing three cups (as explained in step 2).
  • Go back to the pyramid you started on. Take it down into a pile of three again.
  • Join the two piles of three cups together to make two piles of six cups.
  • Build two pyramids consisting of six cups each. The method for building this is explained above.
  • Take the two pyramids down and join the two piles of six cups together,making one pile of twelve.
  • Take two cups off the top of the pile,one in each hand and place them each side of the pile. Leave enough room to build a large pyramid.
  • Pick up five cups in one hand and four cups in the other.
  • To take this down,slide the top cup down to the right until it has reached the bottom in a pile of four cups.
  • Place the two cups on the ends on the pile of four. This will turn it into a pile of six.
  • Rearrange the order so that you are back to the order that you started at (three-six-three).
